Mary Berry - Divine White Chocolate Chilled Cheesecake

Recipe: Divine White Chocolate Chilled Cheesecake Recipe Book: Mary Berry - Simple Comforts Buy the Book Here Review: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Oh Sweet Baby Jesus! If you are going to fail in your January dieting...do it in style with this!  You really won't regret making this.  You know that episode of Friends where they get a cheesecake mistakenly delivered and they can't stop eating it? Yeah? Well if you make this, you'll probably find after a while that no one will bother cutting nice neat slices off it and just resort to leaving a spoon in the fridge next to it on the plate!  It really is that good. It's not too sweet or sickly, it is in all honesty, perfection or divinity on a plate. I must apologise though for the naff photo...we had eaten over half of the cheesecake (in a couple of hours of it being ready) before I'd realised that I forgotten to take a photo of it. Mary Berry - Almond Crumble-Topped Mince Pies

Almond Crumble-Topped Mince Pies Recipe Book: Mary Berry Cooks Up A Feast Review: 5 stars for this one! Ooooooh! You know when you really want a mince pie? Well yesterday was it for me. These had been on my mind since I picked up this book on Tuesday in Costco. They certainly didn't disappoint. Very quick and easy to make. I made the full recipe. I didn't manage to get 24 out of the mixture...maybe I rolled the pastry bases out too thick, but they turned out delicious anyway, sweet delicious pastry, lovely mincemeat and sweet and crunchy topping...Mmmmmmm. Aga conversion: Looks like Mary has decided to include Aga instructions in this book. See photo. I did 16 minutes in my Aga and didn't check them any earlier, so mine were just a touch too brown. Will I make this again? Absolutely. Buy the book here  Buy the Kindle Version

What more can I say?  Took 40 mins to make so not an overly quick recipe but wow what a taste! I used plain pork sausages from my local butchers (Pitts in Earby as he makes the best pork sausages 💕). I made a half portion (serves 3) on the sauce and have set aside the extra portion for freezing and only made a third of the pasta as I’m serving 2. Used 1 cayenne chilli and didn’t deseed as we like extra heat. So so tasty. This recipe does not disappoint. Will I make this again? Absolutely 💕💕💕 Mary Berry I love you 😍 Full Recipe Below Red Hot Ragu SERVES 6 CALS PER SERVING 517 375g (12oz) rigatoni or other tubular pasta 60g (2oz)  Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated 3 tbsp chopped parsley, or 175g (6oz) young spinach leaves, shredded Sauce 500g (1lb) good-quality pork sausages with herbs a little olive o

Mary Berry - Country Vegetable Pies (428 Calories)

Review: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.  Well, if you’d asked me this morning what I expected I’d be scoring tonight’s recipe, I was thinking a 3🌟. I have to say I have been very pleasantly surprised. It’s not a quick recipe to make. I did a half portion and it took about 1 hour 20 start to finish. The question is... was it tasty? Hell yes! And I ate it all (my portion not the entire 3 portions 😆)! Coming from someone who doesn’t really like veg and is an all out meat eater this is a big deal! I did find this recipe a bit ambiguous in places. I mean there’s a section where it says you have to roast the veg and garlic together but it doesn’t say to chop that half of the garlic, so I did as I didn’t fancy biting into a whole clove... Also, because I was doing a half portion I thought it would be difficult to blanch the parsnips and carrots in such a small amount of liquid so I made the full portion of stock and when I drained it I only used half of what was left to go in the parsley sauce. I used 2/3 of a
