If you like those chicken satay skewers with the peanut sauce that most good chinese takeaways do in the starter section of the menus, then you'll love this. I served mine on a baguette (you know those part baked ones that you can pick up in the supermarket, and I baked mine just before serving so they were nice and warm...Mmmmmm! I found it really easy and quick to make. Aga conversion: I mainly used the simmering plate for this recipe and then brought to the boil on the boiling plate. I baked the baguettes on the grid shelf on the bottom set of runner in the roasting oven for 8 minutes. Will I make this again?
