Review: Full on 5 stars for this one! It was excellent. Super tasty, skin was crispy and the meat was moist, pure deliciousness.
Quick to make and prep, although you do need to either marinade overnight in the fridge the night before or do it a couple of hours in advance. I did mine this morning after realising that it needed doing. I had already asked my butcher to remove the bones from the thighs so it made it a lot quicker. Basically chuck it all in a bowl, quick mix, cover and leave.
I cooked mine 4 mins each side as per recipe but they needed another 2 mins a side longer as my thighs were fat. LOL.
My husband was supposed to be having this for tea with me, so me being me, trying to be like super mega efficient (still in my outdoor gardening gear, I'll have you know), I went on iPhone Find Friends app as he had text me he was on the way home. So I looked and saw he was about 10 minutes away from home so I thought "great, I'll get the chicken in the pan"...2 minutes later...phone rings...husband is now delayed having had to turn around and go back to Burnley till around 7pm, so he will be having his chicken cold. Bet its still just as good though!
Aga conversion: I heated my aga griddle roasting pan on the floor of the roasting oven for 5 mins before putting on the boiling plate to make it super hot. There was lots and I mean lots of spitting so you might want to put one of those spatter cover thingies over your boiling plate lid.
Will I make this again? Yes definitely.

What more can I say?  Took 40 mins to make so not an overly quick recipe but wow what a taste! I used plain pork sausages from my local butchers (Pitts in Earby as he makes the best pork sausages πŸ’•). I made a half portion (serves 3) on the sauce and have set aside the extra portion for freezing and only made a third of the pasta as I’m serving 2. Jamie Oliver - Sunshine Fusilli Pasta (388 Calories)

Sunshine Fusilli Pasta (388 calories) Recipe Book: Jamie Oliver Veg (the latest book)  Buy the book here  Buy the Kindle Version Review: 5 Stars! I can safely say that I was not expecting to score this recipe so highly. I am a hardened meat eater and don't particularly like or eat a whole lot of veg but I decided to really give it a go, so all this weeks recipes are coming out of this book. It was very quick to make, literally the 20 minutes as it states in the book. I made a half portion to serve 2. Mistakenly bought regular salted pistachios and it was fine. I blended the peppers, onions, garlic and cheese in my Kenwood Chef mini chopper attachment as the amount was pretty small and it fit just nicely. If I was making a serves 4 I might have to rethink this idea. Once it was blended, to be honest it looked like creamy yellowness and I didn't honestly like the look of it but hey ho, lets give it a chance eh? Was it good? It certainly was, I was also quite su...
